  • About Your Adoption

The Sloth Conservation is a registered charitable organization founded by Dr. Rebecca Cliffe, which is dedicated to saving sloths in the wild. To do this, we develop long-term conservation solutions that provide sustainable ways for sloths to coexist with the people sharing their habitat.

This includes collaborating with other organizations, NGOs, and state agencies to reduce the number of injured and orphaned sloths arriving at the rescue centers. With the help of our generous donors and symbolic sloth adopters, we installed over 250 wildlife bridges and connected hundreds of properties as wildlife corridors in Costa Rica.

Our donation process is fully encrypted to ensure all personal and financial information is kept secure.

    Shipping Information

*Physical adoption packages are shipped from the UK. Please allow 10-14 working days for international delivery. Virtual adoption packages will be emailed to the email address that you provide within 48-72 hours. All prices are quoted in USD, but we can accept donations in any currency.

**If you order a physical adoption as a gift and you are worried that the package won’t arrive in time, don’t worry! We can send you an emergency version of the adoption materials by email that you can print out as a temporary solution until the real thing arrives (just select this option at checkout).

***Your donation is inclusive of shipping costs! Unfortunately the ongoing pandemic has made international shipping much more expensive due to shortages in air capacity. If you live outside the UK and are able to help us cover these costs we would greatly appreciate it. You can do this by simply adding $10 onto your adoption donation! Thank you!
